7 Key People Questions
  1. Are your people clear on the direction of the business?
  2. Do you have an induction program?
  3. Is your induction program more than a tour of the office?
  4. Do your people know what they have to do in their role?
  5. Do you undertake annual performance reviews?
  6. Do your people undertake some form of planned annual training which is aligned to their role?
  7. Are the duties and tasks for each position documented and easily found?
